Gypsy Jazz guitar in the style of builder Jacques Favino. Laminated rosewood back & sides, solid spruce top, 3-piece maple neck, nickel tailpiece & tuners, ebony fretboard. Built by Music Link for Dell Arte.

The Hommage features a dramatic D-shaped soundhole, a signature of the earliest Selmer/Maccaferri-style guitars. This unique model has a solid spruce top, rosewood back and sides, a maple neck, a rosewood mustache bridge, a nickel-plated Maccaferri-style tailpiece and a Favino-style rosette. One modern feature that greatly improves playability is the neck/body joint at the 14th fret. The D-hole on this guitar provides great projection and the rosewood fretboard provides incredible playability for fast-paced rhythm playing.

Dell’Arte is the leader in hand-crafted reproductions of Selmer/Maccaferri-style acoustic guitars. With the original Selmer and Maccaferri guitars reaching astronomical collectors’ prices, Dell’Arte has answered the call to players with accurate vintage replicas. 

The Pigalle Model (DG-P1) features a solid Engelmann spruce top, rosewood back and sides, a mahogany neck, rosewood fretboard, a rosewood mustache bridge, a brass Maccaferri-style tailpiece and an oval-hole soundhole with a Selmer-style rosette. This Django-style model is designed for lead playing and will please anyone who’s passionate about gypsy jazz.
