The guitar is in excellent overall condition. Aside from a few dings in the clear on the bottom edge & treble waist cut, and some small length wise scratches to the wear area of the back, it is very clean. The rosewood fretboard with offset position markers has 22 jumbo frets with zero fret wear. It has hung on the wall of my game room since 2000 as a piece of art. The body and hardware has been polished regularly and the fretboard conditioned with Stew Mac fretboard oil. It comes with a hard shell case which is also in excellent condition.
